The Cypress Springs High School InvenTeam invented an after-market device to clear condensation from the inside of a firefighter's face mask. The device is safe and reliable adding less than one pound to the uniform and can be operated for 30 minutes using a 3.7 V battery. When activated, the device can clear condensation obstructing a firefighter’s field of view in 10-15 seconds.
