Lately we have been using a software called Zoho to keep us on track. Since our team is a very diverse group of individuals involved in many organizations throughout our schools and community, we have different scattered and jam-packed schedules. Subsequently, we often cannot all meet at once at the same time. We decided to rely on technology to communicate with one another, share documents and media, and set deadlines. So we found Zoho, a free software that allows us to create tasks, mark our progress, send out reminders, and share files. In an addition to Zoho we also use Google emails for notifications and Google Hangouts for communication. Without these programs who knows how far or efficient we would be. Technology is already such a tremendous part of our lives, so why not implement it to make a difference?
