With Eurekafest quickly approaching the team has never been more excited, and a little nervous, about going to MIT. While the team has been busy not only with their invention but also with other extracurricular activities (sports, robotics challenges, etc.) they have still managed to stay cool under the pressure and find ways to work together in order to have the best outcome possible!

As previously mentioned the team has been very busy throughout the months of April and May. However we have not let that deter us from our goals! One of the best notions that the team has made is not only designating but keeping up with their roles in the group. By keeping up with, and respectfully holding each other accountable for our roles, we've been able to have a successful and fun time learning, inventing, and overcoming obstacles!

Lastly, the question on everyone's mind, how's the progress of the invention going? The Diamondback STEM group has been able to make around 6+ working prototypes of their invention. Before Eurekafest the team plans to take a "field trip" out to a local farm and test their device thanks to the help and generosity of the local farmers and community! Once this is completed we hope to have better data so that we know if there's any more improvements, changes, etc. that need to be made. Lastly, we are making great progress in getting our provisional patent for this invention. Through all of these advancements we've been able to make the best invention possible and have the greatest time together. The team is ready to present at Eurekafest!!!
