In almost every public building you come across today, there is some sort of handicap accessible entrance for people who have difficulty with doors and stairs. However, even doors you can open with a button can still be a hurdle for people who are paraplegic or quadriplegic.

Morgan Glessing and Josh Horne founded Portal Entryways. They developed a mobile app which uses bluetooth to wirelessly connect to the motor attached to automatic doors, triggering it to open based on motion sensor technology, allowing people in wheelchairs to enter with ease.
