Lemelson-MIT was cited by the MIT Office of Government and Community Relations regarding the 2024 summer workshop for the Mayor’s Summer Youth Employment Program. LMIT hosted 25 students at their Invention Learning Lab in Cambridge for a six-week program. The students were immersed in LMIT's Invention Process Curriculum which focuses on finding problems that are important to the community and developing technological solutions to solve the problems.
