Hello, I have the charge from 01/16/24 $169.70, could you please confirm that is the same charge? Did they charge you $169.70 instead of $198.34?
Hello, we believe this should be resolved now, can you respond and let us know. They had one item on backorder and they should have updated the charge now to be a total of $198.34, they shipped the last backorder item and we have everything now. Can you please tell me if they did not update to the correct amount of $198.34 on your end? Thank you
