Believer Gall Hirwa

Believer is a rising sophomore at MIT studying Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He is interested in machine learning, scientific computing, and invention, with a focus on developing technologies that address real-world challenges.

At MIT, Believer conducts research applying machine learning and multiscale simulations to materials science problems. Through the Lemelson-MIT Student Research Fellows Program, he is excited to learn more about the invention process and how innovation can be translated into meaningful societal impact.
