Anna Montano

Anna is the Events and Program Assistant at Lemelson-MIT, playing a key role in strategic planning and executing events, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth operations within LMIT. Working closely with the Communications team, Anna helps coordinate various aspects of LMIT’s educational initiatives, including InvenTeams.

Prior to joining Lemelson-MIT, Anna worked as a media artist, developing a passion for video editing and creative directing. She focused on creative directing projects and productions whilst also developing and creating her own dynamic and unique film concepts for personal projects.

Having grown up participating in inclusive and community-oriented programs, Anna developed a passion in fostering environments that uplift and empower others. She is dedicated to helping LMIT’s educational programs thrive and ensuring that events are executed seamlessly. She believes that innovation thrives when voices are supported and valued.
