Schools and colleges in three sub-regions—Greater Sacramento, Central Valley, and Sierra—recognize the power of IvE and are committed to building strong pathways to invention from kindergarten through college. LMIT is building on past work with some schools and beginning new programs with others. These northern California schools, districts, and colleges are utilizing LMIT curricula and resources to jump-start their invention offerings and grow invention education programs. LMIT is working with the participating schools across the region to design, implement, and assess learning experiences that help students apply STEM knowledge as they invent solutions to real-world problems.
