We gave our prototype system its first full test which integrated all of our systems. The motor generation system using only one generator outputed the correct voltage to our storage system. It was then converted in our Buck Boost system where the voltage was then sent to the charge controller/ battery and the Aurdino Nano controller. The cell phone app then successfully showed were were outputting 4.2 volts. It works and will supply enough voltage for the SmartPuck (3.7 V).
We have now proved the system design works. Now we have to do a few more tests, miniaturize the circuit, work out the software interface, research patent options and create a display prototype of the system for EurekaFest. We still have a lot of work left to do, but we are entering the home stretch.
